Back in 2013, Empire Kosher Poultry decided to make the world's largest chicken nugget. It weighed a total of 51.1 pounds and was debuted at the Kosherfest trade show in New Jersey. The nugget weighed more than 720 regular chicken nuggets combined and was required to be cooked in a 500-gallon fryer for a total of 45 minutes!

In 2012, the Black Bear Casino Resort in Carlton, Minnesota set the record for the world's largest burger. The entire thing weighed 2,014 pounds, had 60 pounds of bacon, 50 pounds of lettuce, 50 pounds of sliced onions, 40 pounds of pickles, and 40 pounds of cheese. It took around four hours to cook the patty and seven hours to bake both buns. It was then enjoyed by a massive crowd of hungry observers.

The world's longest sushi roll was crafted in Yekaterinburg, Russia. It is 1.5 miles long, contains 1.5 tons of rice 1,100 pounds of cucumber, 14,00 pieces of seaweed, and 55 pounds of sesame seeds. It took 60 chefs over 15 hours to complete the monster roll which was cut into more than 60,000 pieces!

In 2010, the Cabot Creamery Cooperative joined chef John Folse in New Orleans to make the biggest bowl of mac and cheese ever. The final weight was a whopping 2,469 pounds. It contained 77 pounds of cooked macaroni, 286 pounds of cheese, 56 pounds of butter, 26 pounds of flour, 1,100 pounds of milk, and 61 pounds of seasoning.
