Loren was down on his luck, having been in a car accident, living in a tiny home, and with little money to his name. Then, his grandmother passed away, and all that was left to him was one of her old blankets.

Sadly, Loren was unemployed. He was a carpenter for many years until one fateful day; he lost his leg in an accident. It wasn’t easy. Loren was a proud man and didn’t want to ask for handouts.
