Spanky the Miniature Horse and Daily the Jack Russell terrier are one of the most unique animal pairs we have encountered.
Horse trainer Francesca Carson rescued both of the animals from kill shelters, and while training Spanky one day, something amazing and unexpected happened.
Daily the Jack Russell hopped on his friend’s back and showed off enough horsemanship that Francesca knew they were on to something very special.
Daily and Spanky have been working together ever since and they now tour the country performing tricks at rodeos and other events.
