The Laughing President
In 2015, the Obamas held the annual Halloween celebrations at the White House. Kids (and their parents) were able to show up and actually trick-or-treat with the Obamas. The White House was decorated to a tee in Halloween décor, and the children definitely brought their A-game when it came to costumes. However, there was one kid who really outdid themselves. That kid was baby Pope. As soon as Obama saw the baby he started cracking up. The baby even had their very own Popemobile, which was being pushed by dad of course. The President said that the baby definitely won “top prize” as far as costumes go!
