A Fail and A Win
Mom blogger Jo Lynne Shane was another mom who simply wanted to make a fantastic homemade birthday cake for her daughter. She searched on Pinterest for a cake with Ariel from The Little Mermaid, she came up with a plan, and she bought the ingredients. While baking it, she referenced the Pinterest photo she was aiming to replicate. The first cake was a fail, so she baked another. But, when it came time to stand the doll up, it wasn’t happening. Instead, the doll is seen swimming in a pool of icing. On the bright side, her daughter loved it.
