This Store Looks Normal… Until You Take A Closer Look

If you travel to London, England and head over to Wellington Row, you can visit one of the most unique convenience stores you have ever seen.

Known as  The Cornershop, the store features more than 4,000 popular products, none of which are consumable. That’s because owner and artist  Lucy Sparrow created all of the products by hand, using felt.

Lucy raised £10,744 on Kickstarter to launch her artistic store in Bethnal Green, London.

The Cornershop is unassuming on the outside.

The shelves in The Cornershop are fully stocked.

Numerous products stock the shelves, like Colgate. Fake Beer made out of felt.  How about a felt chocolate bar? What a tease! Give the world a Coke… made out of felt.  This Durex condom made of felt is not guaranteed to work.  The felt products can actually make you hungry.  Heinz tomato ketchup made out of felt.  Kit Kat chocolate bar made out of felt.  A lighter made out of felt? Seems like a fire hazard.  Milk carton made out of felt.  They even have felt created newspapers.  Felt Spam. Hint, it tastes just like real Spam.  Felt Veggies? Yum… Felt Microwaveable pizzas. Felt Tampax. This might sort of work.  The Cornershop is definitely unique.
