Aaron Kinsel was starting a workday like any other. As an employee of Rumpke Waste & Recycling, he had a route to follow in Colerain Township. With almost 60,000 residents, the township is the second-most populated in Ohio.

Though Colerain Township has only a fraction of the residents as its neighboring city Cincinnati, there was still a lot of work to do. Aaron headed from house to house, and that’s when something caught his eye.
